River Runs Through It
Our first trail at Whistler
Within about a minute of riding this stuff, we learned an important
lesson: don't try to ride a bike on logs that are wet! Afternoon trips
to River Runs Through It are a little more fun. It also helps to ride
the trail in the correct direction.

Trainwreck trail - we loosely followed the
main river flowing through the Whistler area.
This photo was taken along the railroad tracks
where a train once jumped the tracks and
littered the woods with boxcars. Behind us was
a massive log jam.
Yes, the overhead log was part of the trail.
