| The final scenes of Twister, where Helen Hunt and Bill Paxton find themselves in the midst of an F-5 tornado and strap themselves to pipes inside a farm building, were filmed a few miles east of the town of Eldora, Iowa. The big white farmhouse is located a couple miles south of highway 175. Should you ever wish to visit this mecca for hardcore Twister fans, look for the signs or visit the official Twister House Movie Site Bed & Breakfast-RV Park web site for directions.
