"Insurance Corporation of British Columbia" is printed at the top of the form. My guess is that if
you take this to your local Department of Motor Vehicles, you'll spend a lot of time explaining
why this has nothing to do with insuring your vehicle. I am told that in Canada, vehicles are
titled through the same state agency through which vehicle insurance is obtained.
