| This is what appears to be the Canadian equivalent of a Certificate of Origin. As you can see, "Insurance Corporation of British Columbia" is printed at the top of the form. My guess is that if you take this to your local Department of Motor Vehicles, you'll spend a lot of time explaining why this has nothing to do with insuring your vehicle. I am told that in Canada, vehicles are titled through the same state agency through which vehicle insurance is obtained. |
